Product Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and human resources industry, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the HR Technology Department supporting the SuccessFactors Performance Development module. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title Product Manager (SAP Success Factors) Location Remote What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for the SuccessFactors Performance module, overseeing platform operations and bi-annual project execution. Act as a liaison between the Performance Development Center of Excellence, Process Teams, and Digital Nexus, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Translate high-level business objectives into detailed requirements and process maps to facilitate effective platform enhancements. Manage platform stability, troubleshoot issues, and lead end-to-end resolution processes to ensure operational excellence. Lead and contribute to the successful delivery of bi-annual Goal Setting and Performance Review projects, including user acceptance testing and quality assurance.

What's Needed? Hands‑on experience configuring and administering SuccessFactors Performance & Goals modules. Proven ability to build strong relationships with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Strong business analysis skills, with experience translating complex needs into clear documentation. Track record of managing end‑to‑end system projects from requirements gathering to delivery. Leadership experience or aptitude in mentoring technical resources and managing project priorities.
