Product Manager

Note: Need consultants local to California. Job Description Product Manager needed to support customer care functions. Responsibilities include configuring and managing phone, chat, chatbot and AI solutions such as Amazon Connect, Genesys and LivePerson, documenting requirements and specifications, balancing multiple priorities, and building cross-functional relationships.

Requires at least 5 years of overall IT experience with 3 years as a Product Manager or BSA, knowledge of SDLC and Scrum methodologies, strong communication and analytical skills, and a bachelor’s degree (BS/MS) in information systems, computer science or related discipline.
