MedMitra is building an AI-powered healthcare platform that streamlines OPD/IPD workflows - intake, clinical documentation, diagnostics, pharmacy, claims, and follow-ups - so doctors and hospitals can deliver faster, better care.

What you’ll do

• Hospital requirement gathering: Meet hospital stakeholders (doctors, admin, front desk, billing, pharmacy, lab) to capture workflows, gaps, and constraints.
• Translate to product execution: Convert insights into clear product requirements - PRDs, user stories, process maps, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Engineering coordination: Work closely with engineers to plan sprints, clarify requirements, unblock execution, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Release ownership: Manage releases end-to-end - QA coordination, UAT with hospitals, rollout, training notes, and post-launch feedback loops.
• Prioritization & roadmap: Prioritize features based on impact, effort, urgency, and customer value; maintain a living roadmap.
• Metrics & adoption: Track usage and outcomes (turnaround time, errors, drop-offs, satisfaction) and iterate based on data + feedback.

You’re a great fit if you have

• 2–6 years experience as a Product Manager / Business Analyst / Implementation PM in SaaS / B2B / Healthtech / Enterprise software
• Strong ability to convert messy real-world problems into structured requirements
• Comfort working with technical teams (APIs, workflows, edge cases, QA mindset)
• Excellent communication: can align doctors, admins, and engineers
• High ownership: you don’t just “write requirements”—you ship outcomes

Bonus points

• Worked with hospital software: HIMS/HIS, EMR/EHR, billing/TPA, lab/pharmacy workflows
• Familiarity with ABDM/ABHA, claims processes (TPA/RGHS/CGHS), or clinical ops
• Experience with tools: Notion/Jira/Figma/Slack (or equivalents)
