What You'll Own

A product cloud — end to end. From the earliest discovery signal to post-launch iteration, you are the single accountable person for your product area's direction and outcomes.

Discovery & Domain Depth

• Develop genuine operational expertise — not just user interviews, but workflow shadowing, support mining, and cohort-level behavioral analysis
• Synthesize findings into sharp problem frames: the underlying job to be done and the exact friction blocking it
• Maintain a live insight repository that feeds roadmap decisions continuously

️ Roadmapping & Prioritization

• Own the multi-quarter roadmap — balancing near-term delivery, mid-term bets, and platform investments
• Prioritize using RICE, opportunity sizing, and sharp judgment — defend your calls to leadership with clarity
• Document deprioritization explicitly; the roadmap is only credible when stakeholders understand what's not on it and why

AI Prototyping

• Rapidly prototype multiple solution directions using AI-assisted tools before committing engineering capacity
• Run timebox prototype sprints, surface trade-offs across competing approaches, and treat every prototype as a learning instrument — not a deliverable

Deciding What to Build and What to Kill

• Design eval frameworks across user comprehension, task completion, and business value
• Score prototypes on a clear rubric, run usability sessions, and make the call — with explicit rationale and conviction

⚙️ Shaping, Speccing & Building

• Translate winning prototypes into unambiguous, engineer-ready specs: flows, edge cases, state definitions, data contracts, and acceptance criteria
• Act as the connective tissue between design and engineering — unblocking in real time, not in the next sprint
• Own sprint planning, scope decisions, and delivery accountability; know when cutting scope cuts value

Growth Experiments & Metrics

• Define the north star and health metrics for your product cloud — and own activation, adoption, and retention outcomes
• Design structured experiments with clear hypotheses, ship features instrumented from day one, and build a compounding library of learnings

Pricing, Packaging & GTM

• Think through pricing implications for every major feature — base plan, tier uplift, or usage-based
• Write launch briefs that arm Sales and CS with positioning, FAQs, and objection handling before go-live
• Define launch success criteria upfront: adoption curve, revenue contribution, support deflection, NPS signal

Launching & Iteration

• Coordinate cross-functional launches and track adoption cohorts week-over-week post-release
• Run structured retrospectives after every major launch — not for compliance, but to get sharper

✅ What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of Total Work Experience
• 3-5 year of Experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner or
• 2-3 year of Experience in Product Management with a track record of end-to-end ownership and measurable outcomes
• Strong command of discovery, prioritization, and execution — the muscle, not just the framework
• Clear, structured writing — your docs make decisions easier, not harder
• Comfortable with data: basic SQL, dashboard interpretation, and experiment design without needing an analyst
• Experience with AI tools in your workflow — prototyping, spec writing, or research acceleration
• Experience with Design Tools
