Job Description
Product Manager Location: San Jose, CA Responsibilities Partner closely with Business, Architecture, Tech Leads, and Product teams to drive end-to-end project execution. Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend data-backed improvements. Use SQL to extract, parse, and analyze CRM and ERP datasets to generate actionable insights.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance. Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Support implementation of new systems, workflows, and process enhancements.
Create functional documentation, business process flows, and project artifacts. Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira to support development and testing teams. Strong collaboration across business, product, architecture, and engineering teams.
Proficiency in SQL for complex CRM/ERP data analysis. Ability to evaluate business processes and identify optimization opportunities. Experience building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting system implementations and operational improvements. Strong documentation skills including workflows, functional specs, and Jira user stories.
