Role Overview

Trianz is taking its market-leading enterprise digital transformation SaaS platform and 20 years of experience in the digital transformation space and creating an AI-native, agentic digital transformation product. This isn’t bolting AI onto a legacy SaaS product - this is a complete reimagination. Think Harvey, but for digital transformation.

We’re looking for a senior product manager to help ship an AI-native product and create and implement the GTM strategy.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You will not just be doing administrative tasks.

You will be an early member of a new, small, fast-moving org. You’ll be doing user research, defining and prioritizing requirements, implementing growth strategies, and working directly with senior AI engineers, UX designers, and the product owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Help define, prioritize, and deliver product requirements for an AI-native digital transformation platform
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements to delivery and iteration
• Own product roadmap, backlog prioritization, and release planning aligned with business goals
• Work on API-driven, data-intensive, and AI/ML-based product features, ensuring scalability and performance
• Leverage data and user insights to inform product decisions and continuously improve product outcomes
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and manage complex technical dependencies
• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, clearly articulating trade-offs and impact

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 8+ years of product management experience at product companies
• Experience owning an entire product or scenario, ideally including growth and revenue targets
• Experience managing enterprise products
• Experience building for a regulated industry—e.g., finance, healthcare, government
• Programming and SQL skills
• MBA or master’s degree from IIM/IIT
• Very strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Must be willing to do whatever it takes to ship the product
• Must be willing to work very hard
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
• Must take full ownership of your product areas

Nice to Have

• Startup experience
• Experience building AI, conversational, or agentic products
• Domain experience in infrastructure and digital transformation—VMware, cloud migrations, app modernization, cloud management
