This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, engineering tools, and AI-powered “vibe coding” workflows, with a strong focus on team culture and collaboration. What You’ll Do: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for: Employee value stream: HR systems, employee portal, and related internal tools. Engineering systems: tooling and platforms that help engineers build, ship, and support software.

Act as the subject-matter expert for product-enabling tools, including: Analytics and instrumentation (dashboards, product metrics, experimentation). User training, enablement content, and internal documentation. Diagramming and visual communication (process flows, system diagrams, user journeys).

Partner with HR, Infrastructure Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand problems, define outcomes, and translate them into clear product requirements and user stories. Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions, from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration. Champion AI-assisted “vibe coding” and development workflows, exploring how AI tools can improve developer productivity and product delivery.

Measure product success using data, feedback, and usability insights; continuously refine features and workflows to improve employee and engineering experiences. Facilitate demos, training sessions, and rollouts to ensure high adoption and satisfaction across internal users. Maintain strong alignment with leadership and stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities, trade-offs, and progress.

What You’ll Have: Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role working with internal platforms, HR systems, developer tools, or other B2B/Internal products. Comfortable working with HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, portals, internal communications) and/or engineering workflows (e.g., CI/CD, dev tools, ticketing). Strong familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision making (dashboards, product metrics, experimentation concepts).

Ability to create and use diagrams (process flows, system architecture, user journeys) to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners. Experience creating or driving user training, enablement materials, or internal documentation. Interest in AI-assisted development and “vibe coding” workflows, with curiosity to experiment and bring new practices into the team.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to break down complex problems into simple, understandable proposals and user stories.
