👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Product Owner at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Actively engage in agile practices, including regular team ceremonies and iterative planning.
• Define a clear product vision that supports the overall strategic goals of the company.
• Collaborate across departments—such as engineering, marketing, and sales—to align on product goals and execution.
• Maintain and refine a well-organized product backlog, prioritizing features and improvements based on value and impact.

🏅 About you!

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience working as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within a digital or tech-driven setting.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or an equivalent agile certification.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services, particularly in products like credit cards and loan offerings.
