Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager Location: Warwick Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday to Thursday Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing people and driving performance? We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive Production Manager to lead our client's manufacturing team in Warwick. Responsibilities of the Production Manager: Lead and coach a production team to achieve output, quality, and health & safety targets.

Drive team performance through clear communication, fair task allocation, and constructive feedback. Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality ownership. Promote a safe, inclusive working environment through audits and proactive risk management.

Support team development through training, mentoring, and skills matrix management. The Ideal Production Manager: Proven experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment. Passionate about people development, coaching, and team building.

Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a hands-on leadership style. Proficient in production planning, resource management, and performance reporting. NVQ3/HNC or equivalent in a management or production/engineering background.
