Summer Intern
The Channel, Experience & Portfolio team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support project delivery and team operations. This intern will work closely with a Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience by shadowing day-to-day project activities and assisting with core project management tasks. This role is ideal for a student interested in project management, business operations, customer experience, or portfolio strategy.
Under the guidance of a Project Manager, the intern will:
- Shadow ongoing projects to learn project planning, execution, and delivery processes
- Assist with project coordination tasks such as meeting preparation, notes, action-item tracking, and status updates
- Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and task trackers
- Help maintain backlog for Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce order Management
- Support cross-functional communication by helping organize information and follow-ups
- Assist with basic analysis, research, or data gathering related to channel, experience, or portfolio initiatives
- Contribute to team presentations, process documentation, or improvement ideas as assigned
- Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to real-world project decision-making
This position will be full time (May August 2026) and located in our Carmel, Indiana headquarters.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or a related field
- Ideally entering junior or senior year with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong organizational, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Business savvy and technological acumen
- Clear communicator who is eager to learn and ask questions
- Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow through on commitments
