Project Management Support Specialist

Project Support Specialist to support the transition to a new SAP ERP system. This role focuses on master data cleansing, migration activities, documentation management, and cross‑functional project coordination. Additional responsibilities may include operational procurement support such as supplier management, sourcing, escalations, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP ERP transition with master data cleansing and migration tasks
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones
• Manage technical documentation and support system rollout activities
• Assist with operational procurement: supplier management, sourcing, cost savings
• Investigate issues, identify risks, and recommend process improvements
• Translate business requirements into procurement specifications
• Contribute to meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years of procurement experience (contracting, enterprise systems, spot buying)
• Experience with enterprise systems, procure‑to‑pay tools, and eSourcing tools
• Background in cost‑reduction/value‑improvement programs
• Operational excellence or continuous improvement experience preferred

Skills & Abilities

• Strong analytical skills; uses quantitative/qualitative data to drive decisions
• Ability to identify risks and support root‑cause assessments
• Independent worker with negotiation planning experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• High proficiency with business enterprise tools; SAP experience required
