About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, structured planning, and effective stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage projects from initiation through completion.Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders).Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to management.Ensure proper project governance, documentation, and compliance with internal standards.Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or financial services.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
