Job Title: Project Manager – Real Estate Execution Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a high-calibre Project Manager to lead execution of our developments with a strong focus on speed, quality, and precision . This role is designed for professionals currently working with reputed real estate developers , who are accustomed to structured execution, tight timelines, and high-quality benchmarks. You will be entrusted with complete ownership of project delivery , ensuring that every stage of construction is executed to the highest standards.

Your Mandate: You will be responsible for driving projects from ground execution to final handover , ensuring: Zero compromise on quality Strict adherence to timelines Strong cost discipline and efficiency Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Execution Leadership Take full ownership of project execution from mobilization to OC readiness Drive detailed planning, micro-scheduling, and milestone tracking Ensure delivery within defined timelines, cost parameters, and quality benchmarks High-Performance Site Management Lead and manage engineers, contractors, and all execution teams Establish a performance-driven, accountability-focused site culture Ensure seamless coordination across civil, MEP, and finishing stages Quality & Detail Orientation Maintain strict control over construction quality and finishing standards Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and sample benchmarks Drive snag-free handovers and execution excellence Commercial & Cost Control Monitor and control project budgets, wastage, and inefficiencies Verify contractor bills with a focus on accuracy and cost optimization Stakeholder & Consultant Coordination Act as the central point of coordination between design, consultants, execution teams, and management Ensure quick resolution of technical and site-level challenges Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to statutory approvals, regulations, and site compliances Provide structured MIS updates on progress, risks, and key decisions Candidate Profile (Strict Criteria): Currently working or previously associated with reputed real estate developers Mumbai-based candidates only Experience strictly in real estate/construction execution (non-negotiable) 6–15 years of relevant experience in residential/high-rise projects Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering What We Value: Strong ownership mindset and execution capability Ability to deliver under pressure and tight timelines Attention to detail, quality, and finishing outcomes Clear decision-making and problem-solving ability Professionalism and discipline expected at top-tier organizations Why Join Us: Opportunity to work on high-quality, execution-focused developments High level of ownership and decision-making authority Performance-driven environment with fast growth for top performers Direct exposure to end-to-end project delivery Reporting To: Senior Project Manager / Director Compensation: 7 to 10 Lakhs LPA
