About Position: Work collaboratively with product teams to create and support rich, interactive applications that help consumers manage their data and processes. Role: Project Manager Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the .Net environment. Strong knowledge of the .Net framework, including .Net Core, Web API Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React.

Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.

Expertise You'll Bring: Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients. Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of .Net applications and services.

Review and approve technical documentation, including system architecture, code reviews, and testing plans. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into project plans.

Quality Assurance: Establishes and enforces quality assurance protocols to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Conduct regular code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards of code quality. Implement automated testing procedures and continuous integration processes.

Identify and mitigate risks to project success, including potential technical challenges and resource constraints.
