The candidate will support the planning and execution of software development project s while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and execution of software development project s Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams Support in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables Track project progress and update status reports Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and meetings Identify potential risks and escalate when required Maintain project documentation and reports Act as a coordination point between team members and stakeholders Support process improvements for better project delivery Required Skills & Qualifications MBA in Project Management / IT (Fresher) Basic understanding of project management concepts Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Awareness of Agile / Scrum methodologies Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp (preferred) Good organizational and time management skills Soft Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt Problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail and proactive attitude Education MBA in Project Management / IT
