Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and milestones Create and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and dependencies Lead cross‑functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication among team members Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to ensure timely resolution and minimize project disruptions Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.

Monitor resource availability and adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changing priorities Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, status, and key milestones. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with customer requirements. Conduct thorough testing and validation to identify and resolve any issues or defects Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the project management framework.
