Role Overview As a Project Manager at TrustGrid, you will own the end-to-end project lifecycle—from initiation to closure—while acting as the primary interface between clients and internal teams. You will manage technical projects involving API integrations, data formats, and cloud connectivity, and report directly to leadership with concise insights. Key Responsibilities 1.

Core Project Management Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively Communicate effectively with stakeholders to set and manage expectations Maintain strong documentation such as project plans, status reports, and RAID logs 2. Technical & Integration Expertise Understand and manage projects involving APIs (REST/SOAP), SFTP, EDI, and file-based integrations Work with data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify technical requirements and resolve issues Possess foundational knowledge of networking, VPNs, endpoints, and cloud connectivity 3. Client-Facing & Implementation Skills Lead client onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring smooth project execution Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables Manage client communications, addressing escalations and expectations professionally Conduct project kickoffs, demonstrations, and regular status calls 4.

Agile & Delivery Methodologies Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to manage project delivery Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and track delivery progress Adapt flexibly between Agile and Waterfall methods based on project needs 5. Tools & Systems Proficiency Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or ClickUp effectively Employ documentation tools including Google Workspace and Notion Leverage integration and monitoring platforms as applicable 6. Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking Diagnose and resolve integration or data flow issues swiftly Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of problems Apply logical and structured thinking to manage dependencies 7.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Engineering, DevOps, Customer Success, and Sales teams Facilitate alignment and smooth handoffs between teams to meet delivery timelines 8. Communication Skills Communicate complex technical and project information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Create well-structured written reports and client updates 9. Executive Reporting & Visibility Prepare concise weekly project status reports for the CEO and leadership team Highlight key milestones, risks, blockers, project health (RAG status), and upcoming priorities Summarize complex project landscapes into actionable, high-level insights Focus on data-driven reporting to aid leadership decision-making 10.

Time & Priority Management Manage multiple concurrent client implementations efficiently Handle shifting priorities and tight deadlines without compromising quality Ensure steady progress and timely delivery across all projects 11.
