How You Will Make an Impact
- Direct all client communications throughout the construction phase to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
- Coordinate weekly onsite meetings with construction leads to review schedules, quality standards, and upcoming material needs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules for subcontractors to maintain strict project timelines.
- Monitor and reconcile project budgets monthly to flag overages and track the financial impact of change orders.
- Execute the procurement of specialized design materials including flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures with precision.
- Oversee on-site quality control in coordination with Lead Carpenters to identify and resolve necessary corrections immediately.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure field installations align perfectly with the original design intent and scope.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or estimating.
- Proven field experience in residential construction and managing diverse project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex construction and subcontractor work schedules.
- Proficiency in budget tracking, including reconciling invoices and managing schedules of values.
- Strong competency in reading and interpreting residential architectural plans and design specifications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience navigating the "Pre-Construction" phase to facilitate smooth handoffs from design to building.
- Advanced skills in digital documentation using tools like One Drive and Company Cam.
- Experience with developing processes with various tools and software available to the team.
