- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: OSHA 10 Training.

This role offers the autonomy to manage client relationships and project budgets while utilizing your technical expertise to ensure profitable, high-quality outcomes.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Assembled detailed estimates and formal proposals for commercial site, utility, and paving contracts.
- Coordinated comprehensive project schedules to ensure the efficient deployment of labor, equipment, and materials.
- Interpreted complex site plans and architectural drawings to perform accurate layouts and technical submittals.
- Managed procurement processes by ordering critical materials and specialized equipment to prevent on-site delays.
- Facilitated consistent communication with customers and field employees to align project goals and expectations.
- Supervised the hiring and onboarding of project-specific staff while providing leadership to existing field teams.
- Executed additional operational tasks as needed to maintain the company's reputation for reliability and excellence.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the civil construction industry.
- Deep technical knowledge of excavation, utility installation, and commercial paving processes.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, perform layouts, and manage the submittal process.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing both office-based logistics and field personnel.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and project scheduling tools.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience working specifically with residential, commercial, and industrial sitework.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing customer relationships and vendor negotiations.
