Project/Program Manager/Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) SME

We need: Four positions for senior (10-15 years) Project or Program Managers who is a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) SME . Candidates need to have lead technology integration initiatives across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and enterprise systems. Candidates must have 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 8 years focused on M&A technology integrations with Proven experience managing cross-functional integration programs spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, contracting, and implementation and a strong understanding of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and data security standards.

Demonstrated success leading post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and network environments. THIS POSITION IS FOR MERGER AND ACQUISITIONS SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS, NOT ONE OR TWO M&A PROJECTS.
