About the Role:Union Living is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our Baner property. The role focuses on ensuring smooth site management, maintaining high living standards, and delivering a seamless resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.Handle tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.Address and resolve resident concerns promptly.Conduct routine inspections to ensure property upkeep.Maintain records of occupancy, payments, and expenses.Support leasing and operations teams with property updates.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in property management, co-living, or hospitality.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
