QA Engineer - Java Selenium (Healthcare IT) 100% Remote Candidate Should work in PST Time Zone FTE Job Description Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Should have strong QA Lead experience in Automation testing projects . 10 years of experience in QA automation, with a strong focus on Java and Selenium. Proficiency in Python for developing and maintaining automation frameworks.

Experience in the healthcare payer domain is highly preferred. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare IT standards. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and integrating automated tests into pipelines. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare payer systems and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus. Knowledge of CRM and LMS platforms will be plus Experience in Agile/Safe Agile environments. Strong analytical and communication skills.
