Quality Assurance & System Funtional Engineer

Responsibilities:Review and understand functional requirements and business processes to ensure all use cases are covered.Plan, develop, and execute test cases scenarios, including edge cases, to validate system behavior and identify issuesDocument, report bugs clearly, and verify fixes through retestingPerform functional and regression testing on new and existing featuresPerform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business requirements and create UAT reports.Create and maintain project documentation, including system documentation, feature explanations, and user guidelines/manualsDevelop clear and easy-to-understand user guides to help end users operate the system effectivelyUpdate documentation based on system changes, feedback, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA team to ensure product quality

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Basic understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and QA methodologies.Familiarity with creating and executing test cases and documenting test results.Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets or testing tools for reporting.Basic knowledge of systems like Odoo ERP, web/mobile applications, CMS, and APIs.Experience or familiarity in creating structured documentation such as user guides, manuals, or feature explanationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Good communication and reporting abilities in a timely manner.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, or Cypress is a plus.
