Regular Work Schedule: M-Th, 5am-3:30pm
Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
If offered the position, candidate must be able to train on a Mon.-Thur. 8:00am to 6:30pm for a period of time.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality and safety standards. This entry-level role involves inspecting materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications. The inspector follows standardized testing procedures, documents findings, and communicates quality concerns to supervisors and production teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform visual, dimensional, functional, and aesthetic inspection on finished goods submitted to QC inspection.
- Conduct in-process inspection by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurements and communication required adjustments to the production and/or supervisors.
- Accurately document inspection results and generate required documentation for nonconformances.
- Act as an independent quality function to communicate with Supervisors and staff of nonconformances in a timely manner.
- Discuss/teach operations staff about inspection results, investigate issues and develop corrective actions to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications. As the product quality expert, understand and communicate the requirements of products and services.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and input data into quality database.
- Participate in internal quality audits to verify compliance with documented procedures and specifications, record results and verify corrective action.
- Provide input when required to quality planning for specific projects and products.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of raw materials and the manufacturing industry.
- Basic Math and Computer skills.
