Location: Houston, TX 77051
Schedule: 7:30am to 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $16-$19 per hour DOE
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for our partner, a leading distributor of pipes, fittings, valves, and flanges (PVF). This position requires hands-on experience inspecting pipes and other PVF products.

About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for our partner, a leading distributor of pipes, fittings, valves, and flanges (PVF). This position requires hands-on experience inspecting pipes and other PVF products.
PVF Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections on inbound and outbound pipes and PVF products to ensure they meet technical specifications.
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, tape measures, height gauges, and NPT threaded gauges for precision inspections.
- Implement and refine quality control procedures to maintain and enhance quality standards.
- Conduct routine visual inspections to identify defects or non-conformance issues.
- Accurately record inspection results and maintain data records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Minimum of two years of experience in quality control, specifically inspecting pipes and PVF materials.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Ability to interpret product specifications and perform accurate measurements.
- Basic math skills to calculate measurements and tolerances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with SharePoint is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate with the team.
- Regularly required to use hands to handle, measure, or inspect materials.
- Frequently stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch while performing inspections.
