Quality Control Inspector

Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in hiring Quality Control Inspectors in Dayville, CT.

We are seeking candidates ranging from entry-level to those with 3+ years of quality control experience for temp-to-perm opportunities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Starting Pay: $20 per hour (plus shift differential)

Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shifts

Position Type: Temp to perm (initially temporary with potential to convert to permanent)

What you'll be doing:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality

• Measure and test products using tools such as micrometers, gauges, and vision systems

• Identify defects and ensure products meet specifications

• Accurately document inspection results following quality standards

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools

• Comfortable reading drawings, specs, and work instructions

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or FDA/cGMP environments

• Prior manufacturing or medical device experience

• ASQ certification or Six Sigma exposure
