Job Description

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 4:30 pm

$11.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct in-process inspections on parts throughout production shifts
• Complete final inspections on products before shipment to verify customer requirements
• Carry out 100% inspections when required, sorting and separating good and defective parts
• Follow inspection instructions using scrap tags, samples, and specifications
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain organized records
• Identify and report quality issues to supervisors and QC team members
• Sort, label, and separate non-conforming materials for further review
• Move and handle boxes of parts (10-40 lbs) between the floor, tables, and conveyor systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail and focus for repetitive inspection tasks
• Good vision for identifying defects and inconsistencies in parts
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Basic communication skills to follow instructions and work with team members
• Dependable attendance and reliability
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
