Quality Management Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality management at OEM factories in Southeast Asia, ensuring product quality meets company and customer requirements.
• Organize and implement supplier process quality inspection work to ensure that the quality of products leaving the supplier's factory meets the requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, oversee supplier quality management, and improve the overall quality level of the supply chain.
• Analyze quality data, identify the root cause of quality issues, and propose and implement improvement measures.
• Communicate directly with customers to convey our company's quality control philosophy and address any questions they raise.
• Assist in handling customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, related to engineering, with 2 years of quality management experience.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to listen and speak in Chinese, capable of effective communication with multinational teams.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, with some experience in supplier quality management.
• Possess good problem-solving skills, have a strong learning ability and adaptability, and be able to work independently under pressure.
• Possess the ability to communicate directly with customers, convey our company's quality control philosophy, and assist in handling customer complaints.
