Experience: 7-10 years

Role Overview:

Manage and ensure quality across infrastructure operations, including voice/non-voice services, data center, server, patch, storage, database, ServiceNow, and cloud infra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality frameworks for infrastructure services.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance in data center, server, patch, storage, and database management.
• Oversee ServiceNow implementation and optimize related workflows.
• Support cloud infrastructure quality and operational excellence.
• Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and report quality metrics to leadership.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in infrastructure management and quality assurance.
• Experience with ServiceNow and cloud operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and quality standards.
