What you'll do

As a Sales , you'll sit at the heart of Avacasa's growth:Own inbound + qualified leads and take them from enquiry to closureUnderstand the buyer's intent (investment vs lifestyle), constraints, and timelineRecommend the right projects using Avacasa's data-driven approach (not random pushing)Coordinate site visits, developer interactions, and follow-ups with high attention to detailBuild a predictable pipeline and track outcomes (CRM hygiene matters here)Become a voice of the brand-calm, premium, honest, high-conviction
