Key Responsibilities

● Lead and support the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in front-end real estate sales (Bangalore market preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and people management capabilities
  • A Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • Bangalore-based candidates only.
  • Willingness to travel in Bangalore city as required.
