In this role you will be sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the applicant process on behalf of our clients. We are passionate about connecting our candidates with their ideal career. You will recruit for an exciting variety of professional disciplines from human resources, administrative support, finance, accounting, marketing, and tech!

This is a hybrid position 3x a week in office. WFH Monday and Friday.

The day-to-day:

• Maintain a pipeline of quality candidates with various levels of experience
• Screen and interview applicants
• Proactively identify top talent through creative sourcing techniques and relationship building
• Identify/evaluate candidates' strengths compared with Account Managers' requirements
• Partner with Account Managers to define the positions and clearly understand the needs of the team and how it contributes to the organization
• Be able to learn, understand and communicate each job effectively and intelligently
• Outline expectations for the interview process and assist the hiring team in selecting the best qualified candidate for the position
• Connect with candidates using proactive sourcing methods, hiring events, and social networking and attract top talent for current and future opportunities

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 12 months experience in recruiting preferred
• Savvy with new technology and trends
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with Bullhorn preferred
• Leadership qualities and proven track record
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience
