Job Summary

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who want to work in the IT recruitment domain. You will be responsible for hiring technology professionals for clients across the Europe and UK markets.

This position offers excellent exposure to international recruitment, global hiring processes, and the latest technology roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements for IT and technical roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for the Europe and UK job markets.
• Learn about international hiring practices and recruitment compliance.
