About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer/ Recruiter to support our recruiting team in Charleston. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, relationship building, and working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and assess candidate alignment with role requirements
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role expectations
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives and market mapping efforts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (corporate or agency)
- Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
- Familiarity with ATS and candidate tracking systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing for technical, professional, or high-volume roles
- Knowledge of local Charleston or Southeast US talent markets
- Prior experience in staffing or RPO environments
Salary Range: The payrate is 40-45 USD per hr (open for negotiation based on experience). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
