We are hiring a Recruiter for our Fairview Heights branch. This position is available immediately.

The role of the Recruiter is to develop long-term recruiting strategies, source candidates through various channels, develop trusting relationships with potential hires, educate, and recruit field personnel and professionals based on regional operational needs. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Regional Director or General Manager (or Compliance Manager in GM’s absence)

Essential Job Responsibilities: Participate in all general office administrative operations including on-call responsibilities to ensure business continuity and excellent customer service. Participate in community recruitment activities and organize events to promote current employment opportunities. Monitor all electronic recruitment sites daily and follow up with all inquiries and applicants within one business day of initial outreach. Generate and utilize all local and company recruitment marketing material to meet operational initiatives. Provide inventory updates to ensure the office maximizes promotional items budget. Facilitate application process and provide all potential hires with necessary documents for onboarding. Maintain strong customer service to ensure the highest possible recruitment conversion rates. Schedule and host orientation activities. Manage recruitment volume and hiring conversion processes. Support and maintain annual compliance and training for field caregivers. Run Reports and utilize data from EMR and Electronic File Storage System to manage KPIs. Follow Agency Policies and Procedures Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to. Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent). Some college preferred. Travel:

Travel may be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record. Work Experience: A specific understanding of

geographical/cultural

requirements of branch office is preferred. Ability to use computerized systems. Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Additional Requirements:

Bi-lingual – English/Spanish a plus.
