Our client, a leading distributor in the Pacific Northwest with a strong reputation for growth, employee development, and community engagement, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join their HR team. As a Recruiter, you will be a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, driving high-volume recruiting initiatives while building lasting relationships. Overview of the Recruiter role:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on candidate selection
- Maintain accurate recruiting records in applicant tracking systems (ADP) and coordinate recruitment events
- Draft offers and guide candidates through pre-employment processes including background checks and compliance documentation
This position offers significant exposure to HR and recruiting processes with opportunities to lead initiatives that enhance the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications for the Recruiter:
- High school diploma required; additional HR or recruiting coursework/certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year full life-cycle recruiting or HR experience in a fast-paced environment; ATS experience (preferably ADP) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong communication, organizational skills, results-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
This full-time position operates in a professional office environment Monday through Friday, with occasional local and limited out-of-state travel. Physical demands are minimal, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting.
