Recruiter – Our client seeks a temporary Recruiter responsible for all recruiting functions.

This Recruiter position is a full-time direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $20 an hour, depending on your experience. You will work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. This position is 100% onsite. If you are a quick learner with a positive attitude, then please keep reading!

Your responsibilities as Recruiter will include:

• Attending job fairs, vendor fairs, festivals and off-site interviews
• Communicating with applicants
• Recruiting and promoting a variety of positions
• Conducting interviews
• Offering jobs
• Answering applicant questions
• Scheduling
• Coordinating orientations
• Running background checks and pre-employment screening
• Conducting on-site orientations
• Coordinating new hire training with managers
• Updating employee records
• Maintaining detailed job descriptions
• Forecasting hiring needs
• Updating social media postings
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files
• Maintaining confidentiality
• Back-up receptionist in an absence
• Other administrative duties as needed

To qualify for the Recruiter position, you must have:

• High school diploma
• Six months or more of proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Specialist
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Ability to follow instructions – written and verbal
• Excellent computer and technology skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish – required
• Prior training experience preferred
