Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment under NAPS/NATS/WILP/Staffing services.

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, and local networks

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding formalities, and documentation

• Maintain candidate databases, daily trackers, and MIS reports

• Liaise with HR teams and clients to meet manpower requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data handling

• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, when required
