Compensation: $57,000 - $61,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Recruiter to support large-scale, nationwide hiring initiatives during a period of rapid growth. This role is ideal for an execution-focused professional who thrives in high-volume environments and can manage multiple priorities with speed, accuracy, and accountability.
You will operate at the intersection of recruiting execution and workforce operations, partnering closely with the HR Manager and team while driving hiring outcomes that directly impact workforce readiness and organizational performance.

What You'll Do
High-Volume Recruiting Execution
• Manage approximately 15 active requisitions simultaneously across multiple markets
• Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination
• Conduct high-volume phone screens for security officer roles nationwide
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to drive engagement and attendance
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and outreach
• Build and maintain pipelines to support continuous, nationwide hiring needs
• Contribute creative sourcing strategies to improve candidate flow and hiring outcomes
Coordination & Recruiting Operations
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and field teams
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in ADP
• Partner with the HR team to prioritize requisitions and meet weekly hiring targets
Compliance & Pre-Employment
• Ensure hiring practices align with company policies and multi-state regulations
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and licensing requirements
• Manage pre-employment documentation with speed and accuracy
Process Improvement & Reporting
• Monitor candidate show and attendance rates, taking action to improve outcomes
• Provide updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and recruiting activity
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and recruiting workflows
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
• Effectively manage 15+ requisitions at any given time
• Support 10-50 hires per week across multiple markets
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and high interview attendance rates
• Consistently meet hiring demands in a continuous hiring environment
• Demonstrate initiative by improving sourcing strategies and recruiting processes

What You Bring
Required
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or similar environments with measurable hiring goals
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
