About the Role

GPA is seeking an outgoing and motivated Recruiter that enjoys working as part of a team, can set personal goals, and possesses creative sourcing abilities. Our Recruiters are responsible for procuring top talent to fill the current and on-going personnel needs with our clients for architectural, design, engineering, and niche professional roles. We offer an atmosphere that promotes team camaraderie and individual success.

Utilize career fairs, job boards, networking and social media sites to source, identify and qualify professionals in the engineering, technical, administrative and professional fields. Ability to work in a casual, but fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain quality candidates in a timely manner.
• Work with our Account Managers and Business Developers on future client needs and have the ability to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Act as the point of contact for candidates in all stages of the interviewing and hiring process.
• Build long-term on-going relationships with candidates before, during and after successful placement.
• Extend offers of employment, schedule new hire on-boarding, handle employee personnel matters.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in recruiting or staffing.

Required Skills

• A great personality, self-motivated and team orientation are must haves!
• Prefer prior experience in sourcing candidates from job boards and through referrals.
• Good computer skills to include: Microsoft Office applications, Mac, Applicant Tracking Systems, Boolean search capabilities.
• Must be able to prioritize, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and good time management skills.
• Professional appearance, demeanor and communication skills.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
