We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Recruiter opportunity with a nationally recognized healthcare system that combines cutting-edge medical innovation with compassionate, patient-centred care, offering rewarding career growth in a supportive environment.
This position is Hybrid in Dallas TX, - 2 weeks onsite and then remote.
The Recruiter is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Delivering a qualified and diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers within an assigned business line.
- Providing an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop ongoing sourcing strategies.
- Developing and maintaining pipelines of top talent across multiple recruiting channels.
- Sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates aligned with hiring manager target profiles.
- Building and maintaining professional networks using online recruiting resources and applicant tracking systems.
- Influencing and educating hiring managers on diversity and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Calculating and negotiating employment offers in consultation with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Consulting with stakeholders regarding competitive talent market conditions.
- Managing candidate and hiring manager communications with urgency and professionalism.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Bachelor's degree OR four (4) additional years of relevant work experience above minimum qualifications.
- Minimum three (3) years of recruiting experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs).
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with selection processes including phone interviews and reference checks.
- Strong computer proficiency including HR systems, ATS, and CMS platform.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Experience recruiting Radiology or Allied Health roles.
- Demonstrated creativity, organization, and proactive problem-solving ability.
Pay Rate Range: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
