Recruiter - Accounting & Finance

Contract | 3 Months

Fully Onsite | Chicago Loop

Pay Rate | $30-35/hour

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of Accounting and Finance professionals for a 3-month contract assignment. This role is fully onsite in the Loop and ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance roles, including staff through senior-level professionals
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priorities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Provide a high-touch, professional candidate experience from first contact through offer
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting accounting and finance roles
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to assess technical accounting backgrounds
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as other sourcing sites
  • Ability to work fully onsite in downtown Chicago for the duration of the contract

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
