Recruiter - Accounting & Finance
Contract | 3 Months
Fully Onsite | Chicago Loop
Pay Rate | $30-35/hour
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of Accounting and Finance professionals for a 3-month contract assignment. This role is fully onsite in the Loop and ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of Accounting and Finance professionals for a 3-month contract assignment. This role is fully onsite in the Loop and ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance roles, including staff through senior-level professionals
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priorities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity within the applicant tracking system
- Provide a high-touch, professional candidate experience from first contact through offer
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting accounting and finance roles
- Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to assess technical accounting backgrounds
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as other sourcing sites
- Ability to work fully onsite in downtown Chicago for the duration of the contract
