- Full-time 5 days/week with 8-hour shifts or 4/9-hour option
- One evening shift weekly 11pm - 9am plus weekend rotation
- Average 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift
- Primary care including pediatric, adult, and women's health
- Office-based procedures required
- Spanish-speaking farm-working family population
