Recruiter

Manpower in Plantation, FL is looking for a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be supporting the office with Human Resource, Administrative, and Customer Service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be goal-oriented, be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. The position is a in house temporary position.

What's the Job?

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, hosting job fairs/recruitment events in the market and outreach campaigns.

• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the position's qualifications and requirements.

• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Role requires weekly client visits and onsite check-ins.

• Maintain data in applicant tracking system and various other vendor software systems.

What's Needed?

• 1+ year in recruiting, sales, and customer service roles.

• High school Diploma is required

• Technical Experience: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g. Bullhorn, Taleo, Avatur, JobApp) as well as Adobe, MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, Canva and social media.

• Available to work in the office full time. Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM.

• Must bring a positive attitude to work and good time management skills to balance competing priorities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
