This is a full cycle recruiting role responsible for managing the end to end hiring process across both business practice and corporate functions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and secure top talent while supporting the continued evolution of Mintz Group’s recruitment processes and candidate experience.
The role requires the ability to manage a high volume of active searches while proactively building pipelines of talent for future needs in a fast paced, professional services environment.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies for open positions across the firm and a global setting.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer, including job posting, direct sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and overall fit for roles within Mintz Group.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Boolean search, professional networks, university platforms such a Handshake, and targeted outreach.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs across investigative, operational, and corporate roles.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating candidate assessments or testing, and gathering structured feedback from interview panels.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to guide hiring decisions, providing insight on candidate strengths, market conditions, and compensation expectations.
Support offer preparation and delivery, working closely with HR and leadership to ensure a smooth and professional closing process.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with internal documentation and recruitment processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and support right to work and visa processes where required.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and practices in partnership with the Director of Recruiting and the Chief People Officer.
Assist in developing recruiting materials, job descriptions, and hiring guides that support consistent and effective recruitment across the firm.
Perform salary benchmarking
Monitor hiring activity and pipeline health, providing updates and insights to recruiting leadership as needed. What Makes You a Great Fit:
We are looking for a candidate that has a strong ability to source for a range of roles, and engage comfortably, accurately and effectively with candidates at various levels in any of our offices. This role will also require complex coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally, we would be looking for the following skills in an application:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law or pre Law, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
More than 5 years’ experience sourcing candidates for varied and sophisticated roles.
Familiarity with a variety of sourcing techniques and products, including but not limited to, Boolean search, university jobs platforms such a Handshake as well as LinkedIn.
Demonstrable ability to thoroughly and comprehensively interview using experience and judgement to assess and report on a candidate’s competencies and suitability for a position.
Global experience in recruiting and engaging with candidates.
Excellent writing skills with a strong ability to write job ads, internal communications and guides in a thoughtful and considered manner.
Familiarity using technology to support recruiting efforts, particularly LinkedIn and any ATS, although experience with ADP would be beneficial.
Experience recruiting in intelligence or professional services, particularly in billable environments and client service components, highly desired.
Willingness to reasonably adjust hours, as needed, to accommodate global time zones. Ready to Join Us?
