Job Description
Staffing Firm in need of a Recruiter who also possess sharp administrative skills. This role is Monday through Friday in office.
Candidates are eligible for commission and salary.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract top talent to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Post job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media platforms
- Source candidates through databases, networking, and outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track applicants using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on hiring trends and labor market conditions
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare, finance)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong networking skills and ability to build talent pipelines
