Position Summary The Recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment across Orthopaedic Solutions Management (OSM) and its divisions, partnering closely with operational and clinical leadership in a high-volume, multi-site healthcare environment. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of positions, including clinical support and administrative roles. This role works closely with hiring managers to support hiring needs in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple open roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned requisitions and support full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines. Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal pipelines. Review applications and conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist with offer extensions and support offer process logistics. Ensure all candidate activity is accurately tracked in the applicant tracking system (UKG). Support recruitment efforts for high-volume roles such as Medical Assistants, Imaging Techs, Therapy roles, and administrative positions. Participate in career fairs and hiring events as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Provide general recruitment support to hiring managers and HR as needed. Preferred Skills & Abilities Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment. Experience reviewing resumes and conducting candidate phone screens. Ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks and timelines. Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred). Basic understanding of recruiting best practices and hiring processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 1–3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience required. Healthcare recruiting experience preferred, but not required. Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments is a plus.
