Role Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the company. The role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Interviewing, and Sourcing skills
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
