Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–3 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday
  • Exposure to recruiting across multiple job functions


Certifications (Required within 12 Months of Hire)

One of the following certifications is required:

  • SHRM-Certified Professional (CP)
  • SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP)
  • HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
