Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end

recruitment of technical and non-technical. The role requires strong sourcing skills and the

ability to meet tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for interviewer panels as per business

requirements.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

● Source and screen interviewer panels via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.

● Maintain and regularly update an active database of verified panels.

● Coordinate panel onboarding by sharing onboarding emails and documentation.

● Add panels to the Risebird portal and share login credentials.

● Ensure all positions are closed within timelines communicated by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1– 4years of experience in recruitment.

● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Naukri portal.

● Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

● Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
